Vipul and me, both are childhood friends. We studied together till college, and then were on our way. I picked up the Engineering studies & he went for Finance stream. At that time, we were in race of different desitny.
But out of blue, we met again in 2005. During that time, I was fresh programmer and doing a job. And vipul was doing some .NET course. On one afternoon, he just came to me with a great offer. He had one plan to start a web development services company and wanted me to be a part of it. I didn't understand anything at that time, as it was not programming. But somehow i aggred and "ViPrak" born.

Thanks to prakash for his comments about me. It was my dream to work with prakash from our school days but as we were in different streams, so it didn't materialised. When i joined .NET course, i started looking out for jobs in daily news papers & job sites.
One day, it just striked me that there were lots of jobs in web development segment. That made my mind to think about starting my own web development company. Well, but that was the time when i didn't knew how to register domain name. But when i discussed this with prakash, he not only aggreed but also encourged me to go for it. And now we are here.
