We mostly deal with ASP.NET, we provide web based solutions, because we love web. We also code in open source but not as much as ASP.NET. We need a web developer to join us in ASP.NET, eager to make mark in web and learn new thing quickly.
Reasonable candidates will have:

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET & .NET funda
• In-depth knowledge of web languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Good exposure to MSSQL, MySQL database server
• MCA,BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Can think that computer can't think :)
